Shannon + Josh were married on a smoky day in Boulder.
Their ceremony was at the Sunrise Amphitheater, while their reception took place at Boulder Creek by Wedgewood Weddings. In November 2020, not long after Shannon and Josh moved to Colorado Springs, Shannon found me through my website and ended up hiring me for their engagement photos at Garden of the Gods. Not long after receiving their gallery, I was hired to be their wedding photographer, as well.
The day was full of love and joy with many of their close friends and family that traveled from all over, especially their hometown in Illinois, to celebrate the happy couple.
Some weddings feel like work and can be quite exhausting, but Shannon and Josh’s was just like being at a friend’s special day.
